Consorcio Exportador Ibérico S.A. (CEISA) was created in 1988. Its aim was to bring together different cheese producers from the Iberian peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and make their products known abroad through exports. CEISA was a pioneering company in exporting Spanish cheeses to international markets.Its first client was found in France. Then came the conquest of other markets such as that of Belgium, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom
Now we are well consolidated in all European countries, the United States and Mexico
Once we saw the positive response Spanish and Portuguese cheeses had abroad, other gourmet products were included in the assortment. Thus, Iberian pork products such as Pata Negra ham and Iberian loin, chorizo and sausage were added. Then, preserves form the Cantabrian Sea and other D.O. products such as Piquillo peppers and Asparagus from Navarre, among others.This time, a new service to the client was set: offering different gourmet products from Spain and Portugal in just one shipment.
The work methodology has always been innovative, introducing new technologies in order to communicate more fluidly with clients, adopting the necessary flexibility to meet with the needs of each client and country; always trying to be efficient in deliveries and resolution of incidents. To achieve all this we count on a young and dynamic team capable to rapidly adapt to new demands.
